Membership dues go toward helping support our pursuit of quality music education for every student in the five boroughs through music festivals for students from all five boroughs, and curate collaborative environments that foster connections among music educators.

Our Annual Membership Plans are available to all music educators and includes access and ongoing improvement to organization resources including:

• Online workshops with expert clinicians (eligible for CTLE professional development hours)

• Employment postings and resources

• Networking opportunities for in-service, and pre-service music teachers (Online and Fall Gathering)

• NYSSMA Festival Registration and FAQ

• NYC High School Honors Festival in partnership with the NYCDOE Office of Arts and Special Projects

• All-County Middle School Festival in partnership with NYSSMA

• Elementary School Honors Festival presented by MEANYC

• Scholarships for transportation for NYC students selected to participate in NYSSMA All-State

• Ongoing digital media improvements for via website, Facebook and Instagram
