REMEMBERING DAVID LAMORTE

MEANYC was saddened to hear of the passing of our Advisory Board Member and Honoree Award Winner David LaMorte. David's work as a teacher, a school leader, NYSSMA festival host, and Zone 12 Rep inspired many of NYC's students and teachers. He was a friend, mentor, advisor, and cheerleader for many of our members and our leadership team. We will find ways to celebrate his legacy over the coming weeks, months, and years.
